Apostrophe offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders within India. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers may choose Express Shipping at an additional cost during checkout.

While we prioritize express orders, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. However, if an Express Shipping order is delivered more than three (3) calendar days after dispatch, Apostrophe will refund the Express Shipping fee paid by the customer.

Apostrophe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Apostrophe shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to Apostrophe due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-caused delivery failure, a handling and reshipping fee of ₹100 will be charged before the order can be re-dispatched.

Exchanges may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of the order being marked as delivered.

Each order is eligible for one (1) complimentary exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability.

If a second exchange is requested, a fee of ₹100 will apply. A maximum of two (2) exchanges are permitted per order.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, you must contact Apostrophe within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Customers must ensure availability for reverse pickup of exchanged or returned products.

If multiple pickup attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect information, or any other customer-related reason, the exchange or return request may be cancelled without further obligation from Apostrophe.

Any future exchange or return request may require additional shipping or handling charges.

Apostrophe reserves the right to designate certain products as final sale or non-returnable. Such products will be clearly identified at the time of purchase and will not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.
